Vanessa Dunn is a heart-led wellness guide who weaves together the transformative power of movement, stillness, and sound. With a rich background as a professional dancer, certified Pilates, yoga, and breath work instructor, mindfulness and meditation coach, personal trainer and sound healing practitioner, Vanessa brings a deeply embodied and intuitive approach to healing and self-discovery.
Her classes and sessions are a blend of alignment, breath, rhythm, and resonance — designed to awaken the body, calm the mind, and uplift the spirit. Whether through the precision of Pilates, the flow of yoga, the stillness of meditation, or the vibrational healing of sound baths, Vanessa creates nurturing spaces where people feel safe to reconnect, release, and return to themselves.
