THE 30 DAY WORKOUT PLAN:

JUMPSTART YOUR ROUTINE AND SCULPT YOUR ENTIRE BODY AT HOME WITH THIS FREE CHALLENGE ON YOUTUBE!

EACH DAY COMMIT TO JOINING ME ON THE MAT. MOST WORKOUT ARE LESS THAN 30 MINUTES!

* IF YOU’RE NEW TO STRENGTH TRAINING - DON’T SWEAT IT! - TAKE BREAKS AS YOU NEED, AND ADD WEIGHT AS YOU FEEL READY. REMEMBER IT’S OVERALL CONSISTENCY THAT WILL MAKE THE DIFFERENCE.

I HAVE CURATED 6 CLASSES PER WEEK, WITH ONE REST/WALK DAY. EACH WEEK WILL CONSIST OF 2 STRENGTH TRAINING CLASSES AND 4 MAT CLASSES.

With a rich background as a professional dancer, certified Pilates, yoga, and breath work instructor, mindfulness and meditation coach, personal trainer and sound healing practitioner, Vanessa brings a deeply embodied and intuitive approach to healing and self-discovery.

Her classes and sessions are a blend of alignment, breath, rhythm, and resonance — designed to awaken the body, calm the mind, and uplift the spirit.
