Join us this month as we celebrate the energy of spring—a season of awakening, renewal, and new growth. Together, we’ll slow down, reconnect, and align with the natural rhythm of the season.
We’ll begin with a grounding meditation, planting the seeds of our intentions and soaking in our vision of what’s to come, followed by learning and practicing the Five Tibetan Rites—often referred to as the “Fountain of Youth”—to energize the body, awaken vitality, and support a sense of inner balance and renewal.

Step into the next level of your practice with our first Heated Room — Instructor Certification, a comprehensive 35-hour certification course designed to enhance your technique, deepen your personal practice as well as understanding of heated movement & prepare you to lead with confidence.
Over three immersive weekends, you’ll train in our signature infrared-heated environment, explore precise sequencing, musicality & cueing & complete a final test class to showcase what you've learned. This program was created for those who are ready dive deeper into their own practice as well as those looking to evolve from student to instructor & lead with intention.
