WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE FORM OF MOVEMENT?
If I had to pick one ….. it would be walking. You can do it anywhere, anytime and it literally takes you places. I love exploring and being in nature so combining that with movement is my favorite! Even if it’s just for a walk around the block I can find so many hidden joys when I get outside. - Feeling the sun on my face, breathing in the fresh air, noticing a flower blooming, pups looking for pets, squirrels doing their squrriely things, maybe share a smile or a hello with a neighbor.
